Hi all,

i hope my question reaches the right people. Please respond if you have any idea about this situation.

My current employer has filed my h1b visa on aug10,2005. I had submitted my documents long back and on august 25 I got this update.Before that for three months I was not sure whether my employer is going to file H1B for me.

During that period (may-june) I got another opportunity from us employer who filed my H1B visa on July 10,2005.For which I have reciept no.

now I'm bit worried as my current employer has informed me about filing my h1B.What would happen to my application?

I have heard that h1b s filed on aug 10,2005 will be selected on random basis for approval. So in case it does not get selected, will my earlier application be valid?

Hi,
There is no problem in a person having multiple H1s. Even both H1s might be approved. Its upto you which Co. u want to join.
