H4 visa

Hi,
First i would like to congratulate the administrators for running such a good site. Please help me regarding the following issue. I have my H4 visa appt on 21 of september 2005. There has been a long gap for me in attending the interview , as my husband attended the interview in january 2005, so im tensed about wht to answer the consular if he asks me why i ddnt appear for the interview for these 9 months. and i cant make any excuses like i didnt have a passport for all these days because i had my pp when my husband got his visa.

kindly help me in this regard.

Hi,
You can always say that you had some personal commitments to settle before you travel to the US. BTW, why did you not go for the stamping with your husband? Things could have been very easy for you.
