Conversion of H4 to H1B visa

Hi,

I am currently on H4 please let me know the procedure to convert to H1 visa.
Please let me know the reliable company who can help me to get the visa converted.
I have 6+ years IT industry experience.

You will need to find a job and the employer will file the petition.

The annual cap for this year is closed. So unless you have had an H1 in the past, petition can only be filed in April 2014 for a Oct 2014 start date.
