Hi,
I am working for Employer A and Client X. Work from home with home and office locations listed on LCA. H1 was filed with Client X details.
I am being asked by my employer to additionally work for Client Y, same job duties and work from home. This is a short term project for few months and it seems like i have to spend only 10-15 hours a week.
In this situation, can I start working without filing any paper work (h1 amendment or LCA changes) for the Client Y?
