Change employer while H1 B under admin processing

Hi All,

I am in a situation and would need help from senior members on the forum.

I am working for a employer A and have come to my home country to visa stamping, but it was put in Admin processing by VO asking for additional documents. In the mean time I have offer from another employer B, would it be fine if I got for stamping for the employer B. Its been not even a year with employer A for me.

Any suggestion/ view on this are highly appreciated.
