H1-B and WFH
Hi Friends,
I have an offer from an employer who is giving me WFH on H1-B.
I would like to understand that how does WFH on H1 B can be justified if in future asked at visa interview by VO and what about the address in LCA? Can LCA have more than one address in it ?
Also I have read that now a days we have surprise site visits from USCIS officer to check if the employee is really working and present at the work locations mentioned in LCA posting.My spouse is a travelling consultant and if would be travelling with her sometimes, would that have any affect ?
Also say I am located in NY now and would need to move to new mexico, would that need change in my LCA if my LCA have home address mentioned in it ?
What state tax would I be paying ?
