H1B Transfer - multiple companies

Hi

How many employers can do H1B Visa transfer process parallely (Same time) ?
I am selected 3 projects -(Client) and all the 3 employers (Vendors) are willing to transfer my H1 B visa.
If they all put H1B Transfer cases to USCIS on same time (Normal Process) . So
Is there any problem of my H1 status ?
Shall I choose among them ?
How USCIS know about whom I worked for ?

Please suggest on this.
