Hi I have on h1b visa. I worked for 3 years on USA and moved back to India and stayed for 1 complete year. Now I'm back to USA in this case will my h1b clock gets reset or ? I i have just 3 more years

Did you come back on the old H1 petition or a new one? One should stay out for 1 Full year and apply a new H1 petition in order to get full 6 years H1 eligibility on the new H1. If one uses the old petition then the clock is not reset.
