Apply for H1B visa from Sweden.

Hi ,

This is Ravi from India. I am going to Sweden in Dec '13 and will be working from Sweden for about 1 year.
1) Can I apply for H1b from Sweden as an Indian in July next year ?
2) If yes, how difficult to get Visa from Sweden?
3) If no, do I need to come back to India, Hyd, and have to go for stamping?

You can, in principle apply at any US Consulate. But some consulates do not accept applications from third country nationals. Check the website of US Consulate in Sweden.

One other problem is that if you don't have any education in the US or in Sweden, the consulate in Sweden may not be able to verify/evaluate your education from any other country (India) and hence they may send you to India to get the Visa.
