H4 Visa question.
Hello, I'm on H1B in USA and unfortunately divorced before and fortunately married to another sweetheart recently. My ex-wife had H4 stamped but she never came to US. Her visa was also expired on 2011. Now that my new wife has to go for H4 stamping, I'm wondering what would happen? Would the visa be denied on the ground that an H4 was already issued before to another person? We haven't received the court issued divorce papers yet but has only religious community issued one. I'm not sure if that is considered as a valid proof. Kindly advise. Thank you.
