Can any position get a H-1 Visa?
There is a position which does not require a Bachelors degree. The employer is interested in hiring the person for this position. The person is on a visitors visa currently.
Are there any other kind of work visas other than H-1?
The position is as a pre-school teacher, which requires only a Associate degree.
Can a H-1 be applied for such a position?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Snadeep,
H1B can be applied for only if the beneficiary has had 16 years of scheduled education. Every 3 years of relevant work experience can be taken as 1 year of experience.
And it is not advisable to convert status from a visitor visa to any other types. It will be very harmful in the long run.
