Hi,
I am currently on H1b visa expiring in Oct 2013 and my company has already filed for an extension and result is awaited.
My wife who is on H4 also till Oct 2013 is going to India and would only be returning back in Feb 2014 (If I get my extension approved).
My question is that if my extension gets approved, how do I file for her extension when she is in India?
Also, as she would need to get her H4 extension stamped before entering US in Feb, can she get it stamped without my H1b Extension stamping?
