Hi,
I am currently in USA on L1 visa which is valid for 4-5 months.
I have got approval notice for one of my H1 application (employer 1) and one more application is in initial review (employer 2) - this years cap.
employer2 also has filed H4 visa for my wife, she is on L2 as of now.
My question is
1 if employer2 application gets approved will H4 visa will also come with the same?
2 if its denied then how well in advance I have to file for H4 using employer1's H1 visa?
3 how long my wife can stay here, till I apply for H4 after I join employer1 in oct?
4 Does H1 comes into effect only after I accept/be on payroll for employer1?
what should I be doing here? employer1 is saying once you join us in Oct we will apply for H4 visa.
