Query: Can my employer hike my pay more than it is quoted at the time of H1B filling?

I am holding a valid H1B visa from employer A, I was offered less at the time of filing the case now i got approval and i am negotiating on salary with my employer before i make travel.

My query: Will there a concern from USCIS if i am employer revised my pay ( which is more compare to the time of filling) at the time of arrival to U.S?

2. Can my employer change my base location from the one mentioned at the time petition filing and visa interview?

I am not sure, but if the salary amount changes, would you not need a fresh LCA?

You could check with a lawyer. I am sorry, i do not know much on this.
