need help for green card application, please help

hello, all
i have one question about UNVA
now unva is closed.it lost accreditation after 08,2008.

i get master degree of CS from unva at 06,2008.
at that time, unva still accredited. and in manassas campus,
now i have to apply for green card, my employer will do full support.

is my degree still valid?
does it affect my green card application

please give me advise. thanks so much
