Work for an Indian subsidiary of your own parent company in the US

Hi,

I am currently on H1B visa working for ABC company and I am planning to form an LLC in the US. I know I can't work for my own LLC because my H1B is tied to my current employer.
But we are planning to open a subsidiary in India under this LLC company. Can I work for the subsidiary in India in parallel to working for my current employer ABC?

What are you going to achieve by this ? You cannot work on US soil for another company other than your petitioner.
