Hi Team,
I am working for some company A with L1 B .
One employer came to me saying that he will do H1 B in premium processing and he informed me that your application has been picked up and approved with in 20 days and I am happy on it. But, all of sudden one day he emailed me saying that your H1 B is cancelled .
I was shocked and later today when i went to have a state ID, my status showing to pendott guys (PA state id card issuing center) as H1 B and my I 97 validity as 09th sept 2014 where as my L1 B actual I 94 was valid till 2nd sept 2015.
When I called that employer he says my H1 is cancelled, he is not willing to give the reciept number either and I know generally though I have H1 B my status should change on 01st oct 2013 and not sure why USCIS showing my status as H1 .
NOTE: employer who filed H1 B sent me cancellation note on 10th July 2013.
I am in lot of confusion early reply should be very helpful.
