I am working with Company A with company sponsored H1B and the company filed GC petition for me and I-140 is approved with a priority date.
I am currently thinking of changing jobs and join company B and wanted to know the side effect of this on the GC processing times.
1. As my H1B is company A sponsored, Am i allowed to change jobs and join company B with out any issues??
2. If so, Would this job change invalidate the GC application. Do i need to start over GC processing again in the new company?
Are there anyways thru which i can hold on to the existing priority date alloted?
