Folks, on the misc consular services application form which needs to be filled out for certifying the Passport to apply for ITIN - at top right page there is a section for passport size photograph. Question is for certification do I need to put the pp size photo or not required?
I am planning to send my documents via post to the embassy. I called NY embassy but nobody is responding to get clarification on this.
Anybody has any idea?
