H1 Visa and Stamping

Hello,

I have h1b approval for new employer (but not the stamp)and at the same time I have valid H1b stamp (Until Jan 2015 from previous employer), So my questions is if I visit my home country (India) and come back to US without h1b stamp, is tht problem ?

Also at the same time I will be bringing my wife with me on h4 visa (we didnt filled visa yet).

Please let me know if someone knows details, thank you.

H1 Visa and Stamping

Yes, You don't have to go for a stamping. You can travel using your approved new h1 petition and the stamped visa with old company name on it. If your visa validity expires during your travel, then you have to go for a stamping.
