Travel to India after H1-Transfer

Hi,
I recently changed my employer (with H1 transfer). I have a stamped H1-B visa from my previous employer valid until March-2014.

I am planning to travel to India in November 2013 and back in Feb 2014. I will have my new visa stamped while in India.

However, while traveling to India from US, do I need a transit visa in UK, Germany, France or any other country with transit visa requirement?

I had travelled from India to USA via Frankfurt once. And, i did not take any transit visa. I did not exit the airport and stayed in the terminal only. From 1 gate to the other.
