Visa for teaching in USA

Iam on H4 Visa. I used to work as pofessor in college. so i want to continue the same in USA. So i want to know which Visa is required for teaching in USA and what is to be done to get it?

H1B is possible for a teaching position. You will need to find a job first and then the employer will file the petition for you.
