On L2 looking to apply for H1b 2014

Hi,

I have a 3 years BBA degree and have over 8 years of IT experience in Healthcare domain in US & UK. I am currently working on L2 and wish to apply for H1b next year. By having a non techinical 3 years degree will I have a problem please?

You not only have a non-technical degree, it is a 3 year degree. So you will need to show progressive work experience in lieu of the 4 year degree. A detailed education evaluation will need to be done. Moreover, your employer will need to show how you possess the education and work experience required to qualify for the job. Your employer should consult with an experienced immigration attorney to see if this is possible.
