2 H1B's

Hi

I am working for a big MNC and my H1b is in process through my company.And also i have applied through another consulting company in US.
I am expecting my Company's (Current employer MNC) H1b first.If i go for second H1b stamping(Consulting) ,will my first H1b will be cancelled irrespective of second H1b's issuance or first will be cancelled only if they are ready to issue my second H1b.

Hi,
I think the first H1b will be cancelled unless u can prove that it is a part-time H1B. A person is allowed to have multiple H1Bs out of which only one is full time and the others part-time. Do check with an attorney.
