H1B transfer Premium processing 2nd RFE???

Just want to check what is the possibility of getting RFE 2nd time.
My employer has responded back to 1st RFE on Sep 20 2013
Clock Restarted on Sep 23 2013..
On Oct 2 Premium processing clock stopped..with the status as Initial Review..
My employer did not received any updates still and it is been 2 days now and he is saying it may be 2nd RFE..
Is there anybody facing the same issue??

Hello, Sabarn.

2nd RFE is possible. If the USCIS is not convinced with the first response, they will put the case under another RFE.
