Photo will be taken at ASC?

Hi,
While filling out the DS-160 form I did not find any option to upload a photo. Also, on the review page "Photo will be taken at ASC" was displayed. Is there a recent change in the procedure and we are no longer required to upload a photograph or am I missing something? Was anyone able to upload a photo recently?
