H1B Blue Form
Hi, I got stuck/not clear about this process can someone help me or explain me what should I do further..?
My H1B visa (I797) was already approved and I had to complete my interview at Chennai, after my interview I was given the Blue form and asked to wait until I receive a email notification from US consulate.
My Experience on 5 Sep 2013 at US Consulate:
0715 – Got the token
0730 – Prescreening completed
Conversation with Visa officer (American Man)
08:40am - Reached VO counter
VO – Give me your passport
ME – Gave
VO – Give me your I797
ME – Gave
VO - do you have your employer letter?
ME – Yes, gave the letter
VO – who is your client?
ME – I will be working for __ project so my client and employer both are same.
VO – where you will be working?
ME – I will be working with __ office in U.S
VO – Wait for 2 mins
VO – gave me a yellow token and asked me to wait my number will be called in few mins.
ME – 08:45am collected the yellow token

Waited for 3+ hours
Conversation with Consulate office person (Indian Lady)
11:15 reached officer counter with Yellow token
O - How long you are working with current company?
ME- for _+ years
O - When did you joined HP
ME- MM/DD/YYYY
O – What is your graduation?
ME– Complete UG and then PG
O – Give me the original certificates
ME– Gave
O – How did you completed your Post Graduation?
ME– I completed through Distance Education program
O – how did you come to know about employer?
ME – Via Job search
O – which job search, specify name.
ME – ___.com
O – Did you had any interviews?
Me - Yes
O – how many rounds
Me – 3 rounds
O – Who scheduled the interview?
ME – HR
O – What’s the name of the HR?
ME – Rashmi D
O – All 3 rounds scheduled by the HR?
ME – YES
O – Tell me about your project you are going to work in U.S
ME – Explained
O – Whom did you spoke about this project
ME – Mr. X
O – Who is X ?
ME – Director of Company
O – Are you going to working in Client site?
ME – Sine Y is a internal project of Z I will be working in Z's site, not sure about the exact location.
They have asked me to land in IDA and reach Z's office
O – You said all 3 interview was scheduled by HR, then how you spoke with the Director?
ME – First & Third interview was with HR and 2nd round was with Mr. X
O – what did you spoke to HR
ME – In my 1st round, she asked me general question, my area of interest and 2nd round I spoke to Mr. X he breifed me about this project and asked few technical question and few thing about my current role in HP, 3rd round was with Rashmi and there was Salary negotiation and other things were discussed
O – I think you have paid the complete money for your visa & travel?
ME – Nope I havent paid anything, during my conversation with HR they clearly explained me that all expenses will be beared by the company including travel expenses.
O - give me your I129 & LCA
ME - she refferred that each and every page and took some details and entered in computer
O - Be seated for Few mins, I have to do some verifications
ME- Ok… waiting
O - What you do in Current company?
ME - Business Consultant and explained my R&R
O - Whatt ever you had a conversation with your Employer, please Fill in this form and sign it and give me back. She went again
ME- I wrote: Recently I got offer from Z to work as BA in U.S, they have informed me that Z will be deploying me in their IN-HOUSE project named Y. I will be part of this project.
FORM: BS 5529 Section: 18 USC 1001 (which I wrote the above information and signed)
Waiting for Officer Lady..!"
O - Give me the letter
ME - While giving I asked is something wrong, she said no nothing this is a normal which we use to follow regularly
O - Do you have any documents related to Projects?
ME- Yes I do, gave the docs from Back-up folder
O - You may go and wait in the same counter where you gave your Passport
ME - Ok 11:45pm

12:00pm - Reached VO counter
VO – Returned my Passport with 221G Form
ME – :-(
Can someone explain me whether I will get my stamping or not, they have not asked for any documents. I unable to focus on anything this and I am losing concentration in my current role.
Please help...!
