Will I be considered out of status in this case?

My current employer filed an H1b transfer when I was working with my previous employer. Then I joined my current employer upon receiving the H1b transfer receipt. I the H1b transfer is still under review. My question is, if this H1b transfer is withdrew by my current employer, will the time period from I joined my current employer till the withdrawal be considered as out of status for me?

You will become out of status when you leave the job with your current employer or the date they withdraw their petition.
