Should I mention my new address on DS160 if I have not moved yet

I am filling out a DS160 - my current address will change before my visa interview. I know for sure what my new address will be - should I put my new address on the DS-160 although I have not moved into the new place yet? Does the address need to be true at the time of the interview or at the time of filling the form??

At the time of the interview. Fill the DS-160 as if you are filling it on the day of interview.

Thanks!! Also if I were to change the address later i would need to fill out a new DS160 correct? How would the new DS160 bar code number be connected to the visa fee payment receipt and the interview appointment?
