  • H4 Visa Interview Help

Hi, I am a IT Professional working in USA on H1B visa.

I need some information about H4 interview, I am planning to go back to India and process visa for my wife and 1 year old son.

My wife is not good in communicate in english, speacially with VO.

Can you please let me know if H1B visa holder who is already having visa stamped can go with his family to US consulate and answer all the questions asked by VO.

Please help me on this as I am not getting any clue.

    Hello, Saleem.

I do not know the answer, i am not sure if you could go along for the interview. But, i think the interview can be conducted in local language too. You have that option.

    Wishing you luck.

    Cheers,
These are my personal thoughts. I am not a professional.

    Wishing you luck.

You cannot attend interview along with spouse and dependents, they have to manage on their own. As Natty suggested, you can opt for a local language for the interview.

This is my opinion not legal advice.
