1->My F 1 to H-1-B got approved on Oct 3rd 2013, but fortunately or unfortunately they sent approval without Change of status. My Company has filed an amendment with USCIS. But I am really worried if this will get Fixed and how much time they take to Fix. please advise
2->My company/lawyer unfortunately forgot to apply Change of status for my wife from F2 to H4 (when they filed my H1B). Since (due to mistake by Uscis) my status is not changed and she is still on F2 status, my company have filed I-539 on October 09. I am being assured by Company HR that everything will be fine, but I am really worried that if USCIS will accept her petition now. Please advise
