H1 along with L1

hi everyone,

i have some doubt for applying H1 if i apply h1 in april below are my two concerns

1. If before October my company will file L1 A/B if L1 will get rejected, will it affect H1?
2. Do i need to disclose H1 fling at the time of L1 Application?

I dont think there is any such section in the DS-160.
