as i am paying for trip for h1 (myself) and h4 (wife and son) . is it ok if i fill
a) i will pay
b) husband will pay
c) father will pay
in respective forms

THE CONSULATE WILL EXPECT THAT THE EMPLOYER PAYS FOR YOUR TRAVELLING EXPENSES. SO FILL AND ANSWER ACCORDINGLY.

i have been to A B 2 different countries so shd i write like
A - 2003
India - 2003
B - 2004

i mean shd i mention about back to india visit also ?

NO, YOU DON'T HAVE TO MENTION INDIA

10) List all countries that have ever issued you a passport
shd i mention "India" or "none" here

17) List all educational institute you attended
1) As you know in india we study in some school or college and that school/college is affiliated to NCERT or state boad etc so shd i write the actual school name or state board name here. In all educational certificate only education board name is there. actual school or college name is no where mentioned in certificate so bit confused

MENTION NAME AND ADDRES OF SCHOOL
2) shd i mention my wife's education here or i can write none as she is not going to work and she is on H4 only
MENTION HER EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION IF SHE NEEDS TO FILL A DS 157
WHICH CONSULATE ARE YOU GOING?

18) have you made travel arragements
is it safe to mention No ? actually lil confused as in 156 form we hav to give tentative date of travel,

IT IS NOT MANDATORY TO HAVE MADE TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS.

do we need this documents

Hi

I am reading threads on this forum and found quite feq reason for 221(g) on H1 like

1) Photographs of the US Company
2) Lease of the US company
3) Tax Returns
4) Annual Returns
5) Broucheres
6) A complete statement from the petitioning employer explaining how and why H/L worker's position has been kept vacant since the time the job was offered.
7) Provide a Detailed and specific account of how H/L worker will be employed
during the next 12 months. Be sure to specify location, client contact information, nature of the project and duration of the project.

My question is do we really need all these documents for Fresh first time h1 stamping.
My employer has given one letter stating his last year turnover and his major clients name, Plus approval notice, I129 forms, LCA. is it sufficient ? or shd i ask him to send other documents 1-7 as stated above

b)
generally how big is a decent company for embassy people and how small is a very small company
say if company annual turn over is 2 million USD or 1 million USD or less than 1 or more than 5 then what is your view, how VO things abt company ?
