Hi,
My husband's company has filed for his H1B extension and my H4 extension. It is approved and we got the receipt but we have not done stamping yet as we are still in USA.
But I want to travel to India in march. My husband will not accompany me but come later next year in December.
Will I have a problem with my visa stamping if my husband has not got his? I worry because H4 is dependent on H1B and if his stamping is not done, why would they do mine?
