H1B Cancellation query

Hi All,

I am working in IT industry in India and my company raised the H1B visa and it is stamped to my passport. My H1B visa is valid till Sep 2014. I never travelled to US till now.

I have resigned the company due to bad work culture and company B doesn't do H1 transfer because the project I am going to work is for Non US location.


So I have below questions

1) In the current company as per the resignation process, they will cancel my visa. I am not sure it is possible?
2) Is Reachit LLC/ reachit solutions.us is genuine consultancy?
3) If anyone aware of genuine consultancy, could you please share it will be helpful.

Your visa sponsor can ofcourse cancel / revoke your visa. Good thing, as the visa belongs to you, you need to find another sponsor and have it re-sponsored. That way you can use the old visa.
