H4 Vissa Issue

Hi ,

I came to US in Jan and I started working from March, My wife went for H4 Stamping, she was asked why her husband has not been payed for that 2 months from the company. As my consultant already made me to sign a leave letter. when they asked we have sent that, then the visa officer asked to get the Doctor certificate.

Please help, if any one had such experiences with the chennai consulate, Is there any way arround to convience Visa officer.

Hi,
There is no way you can go back on what you have already committed. If you have already produced the leave letter, there is no going back. If the Visa Officer gets the slightest underplay of falsehood in anything, he/she will keep on asking for maore and more queries and try to delay issuance of the visa. So project only what is true, and substantiate with documents.

Please help, I also have the same problem.. I don't have pay slips for first 2 months for which i don't have SSN.. i have payslips since i got SSN.

what is the solution..
