H1B transfer while we are on Unpaid leave

Hi,
My project is over on October-5th. My current employer doesn't have immediate project for me. Hence my employer asked to to take unpaid leave till I got project. I am now serving unpaid leave. At this situation I got new offer from another employer. For H1B Transfer we need to give 3-months pay slips. My questions are

(1) Does my Unpaid leaves impact any way my H1B Transfer?
(2) If yes, How can I mitigate that Impact?

Hello, Ramesh.

From personal experience - For the month of Oct 5 to Nov 5, you could show a leave application - approved by your employer. For the other months, show pay stubs. If new employer is willing to sponsor your visa and have a project, you should file a transfer petition and join him.
