I'm trying to create a profile in ustraveldocs site to make an visa interview appointment. But it is giving me error "An applicant with same details already exist with email starts with xxxxx".
What I understand my employer applied my last visa with the same passport no and this site is tracking all candidates via passport no and DOB. Now I can't reach to my employer and ask them to delete my record from their profile. And this site is not allowing me complete my profile. So what workaround I have?
I thought about a 2nd option but not sure whether it is valid approach or not -- My wife will be travelling with me and I have created a new profile for her with visa type as H4. In the family member tab I can add myself with my passport, DS-160 details. In this way I can book our appointment, but as I'm the primary H1b applicant so is it fine to book my appointment this way?
