Clarification while filling DS-160 for H1B 2014

Hi ,

I need your help to fill DS-160 for H1B visa interview. I have B1 rejection earlier this year (Feb 1st 2013). in DS-160 we have question like ' whether you have visa rejections earlier'?

What details I have to mention here and will it effect my H1B?

You have to say Yes and mention the reason the VO told you while rejecting.
