Plz advice! H1B transfer with reciept

I changed my H1B from company A to company B 1 month back. It may take around 3 to 4 months to get approval of my new H1. I just had receipt copy and three pay checks from employer B. I am having issues with new employer/client. Is it possible for me to change to another employer C with the receipt copy(with out 797 approval) and latest pay checks? Please suggest me.
