Hi,
My current employer generates pay stubs for every 2 weeks. I was taken an unpaid leave with my current employer and I missed one pay stub for the period Oct-13 to Oct-26. And after that I have joined to work and I have pay stub after that period. And I also have pay stubs before October-12 also. And my current employer is not willing to give any kind of letter to prove that I am in leave for that specific period. Now I have got new opportunity with new employer. At this situation my questions are
(1) Will it impact my H1B transfer?
(2) If yes how can I mitigate it?
