H1B Transfer and Dependent VISA issue
Hi,
Currently am in US and my dependents are in India and they are traveling by Feb. Am looking for change as am not happy with my current employer.
My questions are,
1. whether my dependents can travel with current H4 If i transfer to another employer.
2. When is the best time to submit for extension for me and dependents as my visa is getting expired on Mar,2014 and my dependents are traveling by Feb.
