    Hi All,

Currently I am on H1 visa. I am working for a client through my employer. The Client offered me full time but my employer says I have a contract with him so I cant take the full time. The contract says I cant take full time under the client where I got the job through my employer. So if I take full time with the client,do you think my employer can sue me.Please let me know.

    Appreciate your response.

    Thanks,
    Krishna Gaddam

If you have signed such a contract then you could be held liable for the damages. Run the contract by a lawyer to ascertain.

This is my opinion. Not legal advice.
