H1 6 years

Hi

I have finished 6 years on H1 and now on O3 for last 6 months with my spouse. Can i reapply for H1 after 1 year or I have to go back to India to reapply.?

If you want a fresh 6 year H1 you need to spend one full year outside US. You cannot be in US on a non H1 visa for a year and then get a fresh H1.
