Hi,
I currently have the L1 visa and i am currently located in USA. Is it possible for me to apply for H1 visa ( via a new employer) and work for the new employer, while H1 is being processed?
Will it be leagal to stay in US in such a circumstance?
Any advise or pointer to any source of help will be very useful.
