Information on H4 Visa_rejection
Hi All,
I have one doubt on my wife dependent visa, I came to US 3 months back now my company is applying for H4 visa. My problem i got visa more than a year back for YYYY client and now am working with some other new client. for this my company filed LCA and i came on new LCA.
So while filling the DS-160(H4) i gave my current residence as new location ( it will differ my petition). My visa team is suggesting to tell the as per petition details.
If Interviewer will ask who is the client means my wife has to tell old client or current client?? I am confusing and because of this visa may reject? am worrying.
please help me.
