URGENT :H1b stamped but found that Highest qualification mentioned incorrect in i-129
My petition is approved and Passport is stamped with H1B. I am planning leave for U.S in 1 month.
However, i found that my Highest qualification in Petition (i-129) is mentioned as Bachelors , though i have done Masters as well.
My questions are :
1) Would this wrong qualification be an issue in future : for eg h1b transfer or extension?
2) If my petitioner's attorney files an amended petition for the same, and in-case it is rejected , would my original petition stand and would i be permitted to stay in U.S ?
