Hi,
I have received my H1B and supporting documents received from my employer. I have already submitted DOS for my wife and me. I'm planning to attend the appoint in next week.
clarifications required for the following:
1) Do we require any supporting letter from my employer to issue H4 dependent visa for my wife ?
2) I have a 3 months kid is available. We have not yet applied Passport for him.
i) Now, shall my wife and me together can attend the VISA interview?
ii) To get a passport for my kid, it takes minimum 10 days. Once passport is received shall we apply for him separately?
Pls help me how to go about this?
