I recently started my H1B transfer process from my current employer to a new employer. The new employer is not agreeing to transfer H1b by premium processing
saying that premium processing will get RFE. I am planning to join the new employer after getting a confirmation\receipt number from USCIS and giving notice to my old employer.
I want to know that, what happens when my old employer files for cancellation of my H1b while my H1b transfer is still in process in non-premium processing ?
Can I still continue to work with the new employer based on the confirmation\receipt number from USCIS ?
