H1B Transfer

Hi,

I am working with Company A in India and got H1B from Company B which is based in US. I have got the stamping done and have a valid H1B from Company B till Sep 2016.

There is another Big company 'C' in india which is giving me an offer to join in India and they will Transfer H1B as well..

Question: Can I get my H1B transferred from Company B to Company C?
Is there any negative effect in getting it transferred from B to C ?
Can Company B get my existing visa/ Petition cancelled before company C transfers it which can obstruct me in getting a new petition from Company C?

C can file their cap-exempt petition for you without any problem. B can do nothing about it.
